You show up and I'll take care of the rest

Your capacity for recomposition is limited by the other demands on your time and energy (family, work, etc.). This is where I come in. I manage the entire recomp process. You just show up.

I train you in and out of the gym. I plan (and, through my meal prep partner, can deliver) your meals. No friction. No guess work. Just execution.

There's no one-size-fits-all approach to recomp. Your age, genetics, experience in the gym, current fitness (and stress) levels, and dietary restrictions are among many variables that impact how we'll train, condition, and refuel.

It's my job to plot (and guide you on) the path between your physique today and the lean and mean version of you tomorrow.

Some trainers complicate the basics, get swayed by social media-hyped fitness trends bullshit, or aren't confident themselves in what actually works.

Body recomposition isn't easy, but it is straightforward. We balance weightlifting with conditioning (based on your starting and goal physiques), refuel (in a healthy, sustainable, non-restrictive way), and supplement as needed.

Weightlifting

Lifting weights isn't about mutating into a gorilla (although, I can help you with that, too). In the realm of body recomp, the gym is the primary chopping block on which we become more muscle, less fat.

During a given week of training, we'll tax every muscle group (with crisp, controlled form and just enough intensity) to stimulate growth, refuel and recover between sessions, rinse, and repeat.

Building a physique for the long haul doesn't mean hauling ass. We'll take a methodical, stepped approach to getting you leaner (and fitter).

I'll program your conditioning sessions around the modalities you enjoy the most, carefully balance the sessions' fatigue cost with your muscle-building goals, and factor the associated caloric expenditure into your daily refueling plan.

If you're new to all this, fear not. I'll help you walk before we run.

The kitchen will make or break your recomp.

We can lift a million pounds in the gym (we will) and be ultra consistent with our cardio workouts (we will), but still not see results if you're eating poorly, eating too much (or not enough), your macros are skewed, or you're drinking a lot.

I'll dial-in exactly what you should (and shouldn't) consume, and how much. Through my local meal prep partner, we can also have fresh, healthy meals delivered to you weekly.

Supplements don't make the man, but they help.

The basics (think: protein powder and creatine) support growth, performance, and recovery. I'll show you the few that actually work, steer you clear of all the snake oils, and manage your expectations.

I'll also facilitate blood labs to assess hormone levels and other health metrics, and, if warranted, connect you with a local optimization clinic.
