I'm Apollo. I've been a gym dog for eight years. I specialize in observing (and admiring) your form, boosting dopamine and serotonin, and ensuring your mid-workout snacks don't go to waste.

I don't subscribe to a "train 'em and send 'em on their way" style of personal training. I'm with you 24/7, providing real-time clean eating guidance (and accountability), debriefing on recent training progress, answering (any) questions, and sharing the occasional meme.
